OUR SERVICES

We perform on-site pre-award surveys and audits of potential client suppliers prior to the issuance of a purchase order. This is done to assure supplier compliance to a particular quality standard such as ISO.  We are accustomed to working to a broad range of industry, as well as, company developed standards.

We provide in-process and final acceptance inspections on behalf of Client Company’s at many of their critical suppliers to assure product compliance with the P.O., drawings and specifications, prior to shipping.

We monitor and witness acceptance testing procedures (ATP) at the supplier to assure that the proper test equipment, testing sequence and other specified client protocols are adhered to.  This is typically done on electro-mechanical and electronic components or assemblies.

We perform/or witness on-site the supplier’s first piece/or first article inspection of new product.  Usually, these are done on mechanical parts and involve a 100% inspection of all dimensions listed on the drawing.  Actual values obtained are recorded and out of tolerance conditions are highlighted.

We are called upon to perform expediting activity to include status reporting on parts scheduling to milestone deadlines, and have also taken parts to the airport to meet critical schedule needs.  This is done in support of the purchasing or procurement department.
